what products do you sell

We sell clothing, shoes, bags, wigs, skincare, and selected household items. New products arrive frequently.

Where do your products come from?

We source items both locally in Zambia and internationally, especially from trusted suppliers abroad.

How long does delivery take?

• Local items: 1–5 days
• International orders: 1–2 weeks by air, or longer by sea shipping
(Delivery time can vary depending on courier and location.)

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver to all major towns and cities in Zambia.

How do I place an order?

You can order:
• Directly on our website by adding items to cart, or
• Through WhatsApp using the product link or screenshot

How do I pay for my order?

We accept:
• Mobile money (MTN/Airtel)
• Cash on delivery (selected areas)
• Bank transfer

Can I track my order?

Yes! After confirming your purchase, we will send you tracking information when available.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 48 hours for items that are:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With receipt/proof of purchase
(Some products like cosmetics/wigs may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.)

Can I preorder items that are not in stock?

Yes! We can help you preorder any item you want.
Preorders require at least 50% deposit to secure your order.
