1. Product Payment – All orders require full payment for the product in advance before we place your order with our suppliers.

   • Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the product price shown on our website.
   • We use FY Cargo.
   • Flight shipping costs about $16 per kg and takes around 2 weeks.
   • Sea shipping is used for heavy or restricted goods (like lotions or perfumes) and takes 2–3 months.

   • You will be invoiced for the shipping fee once your goods arrive in Zambia.
   • Goods will only be released to you after shipping fees are fully paid.

   • The carrier does not allow items over 20 kg or flammable goods on flights.
   • Such items will be shipped by sea.
